1. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website, by call, or by visiting the spa.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Accurate details such as name, phone number, and service preference must be provided.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is accepted.

2. Advance Booking

  • We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
  • Walk-ins are accepted based on therapist availability.

3. Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.
  • Late arrival may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for the next guest.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

  • You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to available slots.

5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • If you cannot attend, please inform us as early as possible.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellations may be charged as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Group Bookings

  • For group or multiple-person bookings, advance reservation is required.
  • Special timing or service requests may require a deposit.

7. Special Requests

  • Any special requirement (female therapist, deep tissue, pressure level, etc.) should be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • We try our best to accommodate requests, but they are not guaranteed.

8. Health Declarations

  • Guests must inform the staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before booking.
  • Vedik Spa reserves the right to decline or adjust services based on health conditions.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online or at the spa.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Vedik Spa may refuse or cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Misconduct
  • Safety concerns
  • Violation of spa rules
