- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Accurate details such as name, phone number, and service preference must be provided.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is accepted.

- We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
- Walk-ins are accepted based on therapist availability.
3. Arrival Time
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.
- Late arrival may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for the next guest.
4. Rescheduling Appointments
- You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to available slots.
5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
- If you cannot attend, please inform us as early as possible.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations may be charged as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
